For the co-owners of the residential and commercial building at Ilica 76 in Zagreb, SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared the structural repair design in 2025 and, from the time the contractor took possession of the site in October 2025 until the handover of the works in August 2026, provided construction supervision and financial control of the structural repair of the building.
