In 2013, SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared a valuation of flats in the Projekt Atrius residential complex in Zagreb. The valuation was commissioned by Factor banka d.d., Ljubljana, for which SLF also valued flats in the Črna voda complex in Markuševec in the same year.
