For the co-owners of the residential and commercial building at Varšavska ulica 4 in Zagreb, SLF Projekt d.o.o. managed the owner-led seismic retrofit as project manager (voditelj projekta) and provided construction supervision and financial control of the works. The contract was signed in November 2023; the works on the building, which has a gross floor area (GBP) of 2,971 m², were carried out in 2024 and 2025, and the handover was signed off in November 2025.
