In 2023, SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared for Auto Zubak - Zagreb d.o.o. the main structural design (glavni projekt) of a glass garden in Žrnovnica near Senj, a visitor facility for growing and keeping Mediterranean plants, together with its amendment and the detailed reinforcement design.
The greenhouse measures 99.16 x 32.16 m in plan and is 8 m high. Its load-bearing structure is made of galvanised square steel tubes on a 3.0 x 8.0 m grid, with frames with 500 mm deep lattice girders and vertical bracing, and a roof and façades of insulating glass. Beneath the greenhouse is a reinforced concrete service basement with changing rooms, sanitary facilities and a plant room. The structure was designed to HRN EN 13031-1 for greenhouses.
