For a private client, SLF Projekt d.o.o. prepared in 2022 the main structural design (glavni projekt) of a semi-detached holiday house in Maslenica, on the basis of which the building permit was issued in 2023, and in 2023 the detailed structural designs (izvedbeni projekt) with reinforcement drawings for that house and for the neighbouring house of the same client. Both houses have a ground floor and an upper floor and a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure: a raft foundation, walls, floor slabs and a staircase.
During construction in 2023 and 2024, SLF provided construction supervision on both houses as supervising engineer for building and finishing works and for water supply and drainage works, and as lead supervising engineer (glavni nadzorni inženjer).
